OVIESSE S.p.A., with Registered Offices in Mestre, via Terraglio, 17 (hereinafter referred to as "Oviesse"), as Data Controller, informs you, in accordance with Article 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196, dated 30/06/2003 "Personal data protection code" (hereinafter referred to as the "Code"), that the processing of the personal data you are providing us with by filling in this form will be done on physical support (paper/electronic), as to guarantee its safety and confidentiality and solely in order to reply to your note or request for information, and will then be destroyed.
Data marked with an asterisk are mandatory and necessary in order to send a request. Omission of optional fields will not be detrimental to your application process.  
In order to contact you and reply to your note/request we will need your consent as per Article 23 of the Code. Your personal data will not be disclosed or transferred to third parties, and will only be used by Oviesse Customer Service responsibles who will process your note/request.
By sending a communication to Oviesse S.p.A. � Customer Service � via Terraglio 17 � 30174 Mestre (Venice), tel. +39 041 2398000 or by contacting us by means of the electronic form provided at the "Contact Us" page, you can, at any time, exercise your rights as per Article 7 of the Code, and in particular: 1) obtain without delay confirmation of whether your personal details exist ; 2) be informed about: a) the origin of personal data, how they will be dealt with and for what purpose, what the applied logic is if said data are dealt with by electronic means, the details of the holder and of those responsible, of individuals or categories of individuals who may receive said data or who may come to know them as responsible or designated persons; b) the updating, correction, integration of data; c) the annulment, transformation into anonymous form or the block of data dealt with in violation of the law.
