With this note, Oviesse S.p.A. wants to inform users visiting its Website "www.oviesse.com" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") about its Privacy Policy and wishes to renovate its commitment and care for confidentiality in processing personal data of the Site visitors .
Navigation within the Site is free and does not require registration, unless for dedicated areas where the user may freely and explicitly provide personal data in order to access specific services. Where users intend to supply their own data to access said further services, they will be expressly informed as per Article 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196, dated 30/06/2003, Personal data protection code, and will be given indication (as an example) of purposes and methods used by Oviesse in the data processing, and will also be informed about their right to request the cancellation or update of said data at any time(Article 7 of the Code).
Information on safeguard of personal dataArticle 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003("Personal data protection code") Oviesse S.p.A. provides the following information.
Data Holder and Data Control RepresentativeThe Data Holder is Oviesse S.p.A., with Registered offices in Mestre (Venice), via Terraglio, 17, Postcode 30174. The Data Control Representative, for the management of this Site, is Oviesse pro tempore Marketing Manager. The name of the data current control representative and a complete list of all data control representatives will be made available upon request to be sent to the contact details listed at point 7.
Types of data processedSigning up is not necessary in order to access the Site. However the Site contains certain sections where username and password are required to login (e.g. the wishlist area), or certain services where personal data are mandatory: in particular you may be required to enter your personal data to access services like Newsletter, franchising application, or to send your CV, contact us or to tell a friend about this Site, and more;. Should Oviesse acquire personal data and information, the users will be notified in advance, as per Article 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, about the purposes for which said data are requested and how they will be processed.
